As Executive Operations Coordinator, I support the CEO and COO/CTO in various aspects, including business strategy, development, and day-to-day operations across finance, HR, general affairs, and administrative tasks. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Executed end-to-end finance, accounting, forecasting, and tax processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.- Calculated payroll, BPJS (national health insurance and social security), and PPh 21 taxes.- Prepared employment contracts and managed HR procedures in accordance with local labor laws.- Provided advice on Indonesian tax and legal matters to the management team.- Managed and executed recruitment and hiring processes for the Indonesia office.- Oversaw administrative procedures, back-office operations, office management, and general affairs.- Prepared and managed contracts with third parties (customers, vendors, etc.).- Handled Indonesia trademark filings for the company’s products.- Assisted the product team in regulatory compliance, including the registration of the company’s EMR (MEDi) with the Health Ministry's SATUSEHAT platform.- Facilitated communication with clients, including initial data setup and and providing necessary product training.- Conducted research and developed strategic plans for projects and new business collaborations with investors.- Reviewed and proposed changes to the content and translation of the company’s Indonesia website.- Took on additional responsibilities as needed to support the evolving needs of the company.
