Ms. Murtskhvaladze has more than 11 years of professional experience in public and international institutions, referring to the energy sector. Her career includes Task Lead position at Energy Investment Optimization component, holding responsibility for implementation procedures designed to improve the investment environment for renewable energy generation.She has an extended experience in coordination of international projects, as well es development of grant and loan programs in the energy sector, monitoring and evaluating progress of performance and deliverables. Ms. Tamar was an active working group member developing Energy Strategy and Energy Policy documents of Georgia. Was involved in the process aimed adoption of new rules for the electricity market and Renewable Energy Support Mechanisms in accordance with the directives of the Energy Community.Ms. Murtskhvaladze has wide experience in working with international organizations. She was leading negotiations with international donor organizations, IFIs and the Energy Security Secretariat. Ms. Tamar has successfully completed various trainings related to the development of renewable energy sources, energy efficiency issues and strategic energy planning.
