I am currently the Strategy Lead and Co-founder at Logate, as well as the CEO at Poslovna inteligencija Podgorica. Through my engagement, supported by knowledge gained during my previous work experience, i lead both companies in their aspiration to do innovative, smart and agile business, providing the best experience to our Clients. Logate brings together a team of 70 multidisciplinary IT professionals and professionals with a long tradition of shared experience in developing and maintaining software solutions. Poslovna inteligencija Podgorica employs a team of 30 consultants doing implementation of systems that support decision making (BI / DWH / Planning).My focus is on maximizing the value that clients, mostly Telecoms and Banks, get, in a way that combines gathered knowledge from Logate and Poslovna inteligencija.Prior to my current roles, I covered the position of Data Warehouse Department Manager in Crnogorski Telekom. Previously, i worked as a software engineer, system administrator and IT manager at Internet Crna Gora. I try to be frequent speaker at conferences and events related both to the latest IT trends and building young people as IT professionals. I want to be recognised as business professional and industry expert, as well as an enthusiast strengthening the IT community in Montenegro.I won The Most Successful Manager in 2018 award, by the Association of Managers in Montenegro.Born in Cetinje, I graduated at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Podgorica, and then finished specialist studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade.I am happily married and father to a daughter :)
