I have lead capital equipment replacement projects. I have lead multiple projects during planned quarterly 1-day outages, and major 2-week biennial plant shutdowns. I have documented findings from the site’s Process Hazard Analysis. A large past project improved material handling and environmental compliance with a critical surge bin upgrade by expanding capacity and installing weigh cells. I have installed a seal on process equipment to reduce fugitive dust and increase machine reliability and onstream time for the plant with $30,000 savings in 2019. In 2019 I identified and spearheaded a major unplanned repair on critical equipment during the scheduled biennial shutdown. I participate as part of the site leadership team to implement elements of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles at the site. I regularly provide safety and site-specific training for contractors who come on site. Currently perusing Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst certification. I have and enjoy using my Certified Level 1 Thermographer certification.
