Project Manager, Energy Optimisation | Wilson Hellaby (July 2016 – September 2017) Entrusted to establish, coordinate and deliver energy optimisation and reduction project. The project scope included the measuring and analysis of multisite energy consumption across the Wilson Hellaby group, this included gas, water and electricity utilities. Facilitated the installation and integration of appropriate metering and verification programme, while initiating smaller projects to ensure energy savings in line with required EECA guidelines.Generated project saving of $1,000,000 From 2016 to 2017 (which became the benchmark for future years' savings). The improvements were sustainable and continuously monitored via real-time dashboard access.Developed business cases and justification for all projects producing and maintaining all required documentation, completing projects on time and within budget as per required scope. Developed further business cases for future projects, including full costings payback periods and justifications. Reported to Commercial Manager of Wilson Hellaby, delivered weekly reports regarding the process and plant operation which informed management decisions on the purchase of machinery, utilisation of plant areas for other on-site businesses, and the associated business cases as required.
