As a Duty Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways Melbourne I am currently responsible for the safe turnaround of a direct Hong Kong and a return service per shift. I have a strong emphasis on superior customer service, ensuring Passenger satisfaction is achieved every time. Daily, I am a main point of contact for numerous areas involved within the Cathay Pacific Melbourne operation, various Government departments and other important Cathay Pacific service providers. At Menzies I was introduced to a variety of roles. Over the 8 year period I was adequately trained in the customer facing roles of Check in, Service Desk, Baggage Services, Operations and Load planning for a number of respected International Airlines such as Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Austrian Airlines (previously Lauda Air), Olympic Airlines, Thai Airways and Baggage Services for Cathay Pacific Airways. I completed approximately 1year of a relief Supervisors role before moving onto a permanent Managerial position as an employee of Cathay Pacific Airways
