Over my career, I have held positions or managed departments at all levels of manufacturing for businesses in highly regulated industries, including aerospace, commercial & military maritime, and heavy construction equipment. I have directed manufacturing and business operations with P&L responsibility of up to $52M, have overseen as many as 180+ employees, and have managed relationships with global distributors and major OEM accounts. My positions have included those of Production Supervisor, Director of Manufacturing, General Manager, and Global Business Segment Leader.Throughout my career, I have always demonstrated the ability to motivate people, get them to work together, and get things done. I offer a broad breadth of technical and general management expertise that includes building and leading teams, leading large projects from start to finish, implementing lean manufacturing improvements, and managing relationships with major clients, distributors, and OEMs. I always manage from the standpoint that for a business to succeed in today’s ever-changing and often overcrowded marketplace, it must be agile, adaptable, and focused.
