Was the initial developer for interactive training materials (e-Learning courses) made for the CBI call center curriculum. Gathered information from multiple brands under the corporation in order to create standard documentation for CBI. This was during the transition of the brand entitled Chasing Fireflies into the fold of the corporation.Updated the company intranet for reference material to support the call center, and was in charge of developing all communications (including the look, and voice of each message) for to the entire call center. Drafted and maintained Standard Operating Procedures for the call center to standardize work flows.

Was responsible for drafting, editing, and revising security documentation for various FAA systems. Maintained meeting minutes, created documentation through technical notes/meetings, edited and proof read new documentation while maintaining current documentation. Worked on documentation by primarily using Microsoft Office applications.

-Assisted project managers by creating, formatting, and editing the kickoff meeting presentations (via PPT) and PMP (via Microsoft Word). -Created and sent the monthly IPRs, assisted the PM in monitoring all contractual obligations to the client and ensuring their implementation. -Coordinated with clients and Technik team to arrange all project meetings, and took notes for all meetings. -Additionally assisted with the creation and formatting of various project documents, including work with FRDs, BPAs and TDDs. -Was responsible for drafting, editing, and revising documentation for Software updates and releases, working primarily with the Navy.- Maintained meeting minutes, created documentation through technical notes/meetings, edited and proof read documentation while maintaining current documentation regarding ABS, PCS, and BOATS. -Worked on user manuals, design documents, requirements documents, test cases, SCRs, proposals and other various forms of documentation primarily using Microsoft Office applications. -Tested various application updates to the Budget Obligation Analysis and Tracking System for operational and user functionality. Primary objective was to provide our customer with services that complied with requirements while meeting or exceeding the needs and expectation for performance/ reliability at a completive cost.

Developed and maintained the user guides for OMI's Statement2Web and Managed Print4U software, set up client portals, craft web content, and create various informative material for the business. Managed all Statement2Web clients, projects, handled client training and also sometimes helped with introductory webinars to the company. Additionally managed software updates working closely with Clients, Partners, and Third Party hosting platforms.
