• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers, and managing relocations• Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods• Developing and releasing job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards• Shortlist and interview candidates• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements• Managing the overall interview, selection, and closing process• Headhunting• Recruiting not only the staff of mid and high level of the company but also the staff of the 5 supermarkets, bakery, salad bakery, warehouses, department of sales and etc. (750 employees).

• Answer and make necessary phone calls• Prepare necessary documents• Take messages and provide information to callers• Make printing, as well as internet searches and answer e-mail inquiries• Headhunting• Recruit job seekers/applicants for specific vacancy• Shortlist and interview candidates • Perform other relevant administrative duties as needed
