As a Readify Principal Consultant I identify, define and execute technology strategy.I have a successful track record of enacting large scale change in how commercial, government and NFP organisations conduct their technology programs.Predominantly engaged by the technology management level of businesses, I conduct assessments of existing systems and processes, provide strategic recommendations, develop internal business cases for change, then deliver these changes. As a consultant, I develop long term partnerships with clients to see them through strategic change, whilst continuing to contribute the experience from an array of past and current projects.Inward facing, I am a member of Readify's Chief Technology Group. This small group fulfills the role of the office of the CTO for our 150 staff firm.At the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in 2012, Readify was awarded the Microsoft Worldwide Software Development Partner of the Year Award. Recognised for our focus on providing the most innovative solutions for our customers, Readify are proud of this strong achievement as no other Australian company has won global recognition for software development from Microsoft.In 2013, Readify was awarded by BRW as the 15th best place to work in Australia. This improves on our 2012 position of 27th on the same list.
