Projects:As ATOS, we were responsible for the whole ICT package for the Ashgabat Olympics Complex, ICT Project Phase-IThe complex measures approximately 1500m x 800m and provides space for a mixture of sports venues, a business centre, hotels, a medical rehabilitation centre and an athletes’ village.I was responsible for all on-site aspects of the logistics, supply chain, and project delivery operations. Specifically in charge of making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time, on budget and to the rightquality standards.• Developing the entire logistics of the project on behalf of ATOS;• Conducting crime and loss investigations into missing stock and loads;• Ensuring the efficient running of administrative and office procedures;• Actively managing subcontractors to ensure that they perform in line with their contractual agreements;• Monitoring and tracking the flow of goods in the warehouse; • Managing a team of ten workers.
