I'm a Biologist and master of sciences (Neuroscience); specialist in scientific divulgation. My main interested is in scientific divulgation, science education and scientific writting.Currently, I ministrate Biology and Neuroscience courses for high school students at Colegio Santa Cruz.Also, I edit the blog Ciência na Mídia ("Science on the media" - in Portuguese), administrate the portuguese version of the site Research.Blogging.org and I am author of science textbooks for K-2 level and college.As a background for scientific knowledge, I have seven years experience in scientific research at academy (neuroscience). Most of the results from this experience are expressed on the five neuroscience and neuropsychology books chapters related to attention and memory studies that I have written. Also, I have four years experience in clinical research working as clinical research associate in two important multinational companies in the area. I have traveled a lot during this period, working in different hospitals and clinics - mainly in Peru, Argentina, Brazil and USA - which gave me the opportunity to improve the three languages that I am proficient at.Specialties: Proficient in English and Spanish; native speaker of Portuguese.
