Leads launch new model (Ford, Toyota) Leads Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new Customer programs.• Constant liaison between customer and supplier of tooling.• Identify barriers to successful program execution and escalate as appropriate• Complete & submit PPAP for all new programs and engineering changes.• Develop & maintain core documents for each program (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, Customer drawings)• Manage prototype requests (from building of parts to PPAP and delivery).• Initiate and manage engineering changes.• Conduct process & LPA audits as required.
