I am the co-founder of Susegad Book Club and am looking after the communication (Instagram, WhatsApp) as well as the general administration of all Club related businesses.Susegad Book Club was founded on February 1, 2020, and has since then held biweekly discussions of books which are mainly fictional, including Indian and international authors. We are an ever growing diverse group of people welcoming everybody and currently have Indians and Expats, women and men, of different age and religions.Since the Corona virus outbreak, we have taken the Club online and are holding our discussion virtually via Google Meet. That has enabled us to welcome readers from all over India as well as other countries to join the discussions.Additionally, we already had one author, Srishti Chaudhary, join us for a Q&A session after our discussion.

The American Cub for International Women (https://www.aciwmumbai.org) is a Mumbai (India) based organization with 90 years of history. Founded in 1928, it provides a warm and inclusive community through the promotion of social, cultural, educational and philanthropic activities for expatriate women living in Mumbai.As VP Communications I am responsible for the MailChimp as well as Social Media accounts and am overseeing all print media (quarterly magazine, flyers etc.).

The American Women's Club Mumbai (http://awcmumbai.org/) is an international club with the aim to:- help foreigners connect and settle into Mumbai- organize social events to facilitate networking and - support the selected charities in Mumbai through funds raised and volunteers My responsibilities:- AWCM's quarterly newsletter Aaj-Kal: planning, gathering content, editing it and coordination with the printer- organizing club events- member of the planning committee for the 43rd Biennial FAWCO Conference that will be taking place in Mumbai

Full responsibility for the Learning & Development function including:- soft-skills and management training- performance development throughout the organization- training need analysis- managing and reporting on the training budget- managing and developing the training team- development of Corporate Leadership Trainees

- selection and on-boarding of 3 new team members into the training team- monthly training for line staff and management- successful campaign on new guest feedback program- orientation for pre-opening of Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi

- planning of monthly training activities- organizing and handling of the monthly orientation for new joiners- conducting monthly soft skill training- recruitment and coaching of interns- organizing sports & social activities (including staff parties for up to 2000 staff)

- 9 months training throughout all departments of the hotel, including operations and administrative- 3 months specialization in HR & Training- organizing of staff events as well as the monthly newsletter
