Expert for all specialist issues in High-End Client Reporting (HECR), the goal being to create an investment reporting software for the highest, most demanding client segment (corporate & institutional clients, global custody clients, external asset managers, mandates, ultra high-net-worth individuals, and family offices): Modernizing online investment reporting: creation of a preliminary study comprising the analysis and prioritization of customer needs, the identification of gaps via-à-vis actual state, the examination of market trends, a competitor analysis and the development of solution variants; specification of a prototype for one of the solution variants, and placing orders to IT for its development; Organizing workshops and demonstrations to bring in feedback about the prototype from stakeholders (customer advisors and customers). Technical specifications of investment reporting: definitions of possible evaluations and analyses, of computational logic (for example cost accounting, contribution, etc.); of suitable forms of presentation (for example text, diagrams or graphs) and of layout on the basis of Credit Suisse internal CI/CD guidelines; coordination of findings with the stakeholders; delivery of specifications to IT for realization. Optimization of the report production process in operational entities: status assessment, definition of future production processes, necessary tools and distribution possibilities working in tandem with the operational entities.
