Lead and further develop the science and science education programs of Bayer Foundation which recognize outstanding leaders in research, support early career scientists with fellowships, fund science education projects, enhance scientific capacity building in Africa and foster gender equity.

Establish and lead a peer network to exchange learnings and best practices on digital initiatives.Setup engagement activities like a virtual summit around digital topics Support, coordinate and develop communications activities, for e.g. meetings, townhalls, newsletters & intranet articles.

Assist in strengthening the relationship and operating model with strategic partners for clinical trials.Coordinate and communicate knowledge transfer for assigned projects and act as a targeted information source for department-related topicsParticipate in innovation initiatives within Clinical Operations and coordinate the integration of innovative practices within the operational trial execution of early studies

Manage and ensure the translation of clinical development plans into efficiently delivered clinical studies through input in trial design, feasibility, budget and timeline planning.
