I am an OUTLIER. A statistical outlier. How can they arise? Measurement errors, rare unusual events, deviating behavior. For me, it means - intentionally or unintentionally, many mistakes and wrong decisions. Exceptionally stressful results. Becausemy behavior and life has always been different from that of others. That's where I come from. Then I made a different decision. I had to learn a lot for many years. LEARNING IS A PAINFUL PROCESS: said my former boss.Buddhism taught me that LIFE means suffering. But also -no happiness without suffering, no love without suffering and no enlightenment without SUFFERING. But nothing taught me as much as mindfulness. The experience of mindfulness - not the knowledge. Knowledge fucked up my head. Until it emptied my head. Only silence. Only peace.
