IImpactional is an international youth-led organization founded in February 2021 by two former exchange students - Tatjana Syafira from Indonesia (YES Program ’20) and Olga Jagiellowicz from Poland (FLEX Program ’20). It was born out of the idea of creating young changemakers by equalizing opportunities and giving international exposure to everyone regardless of socioeconomic background, gender, race, or ethnicity.
