- Manage employees and subcontractors, timelines, roadmaps to ensure efficiency and on-time production schedules are met- Manage daily activities of homes under construction from initial buyer or investor meetings through completion- Communicate and establish relationships with homeowners, contractors and vendors- Ensure quality control, materials management and control, ordering and scheduling requirements are met and conduct home buyer walkthroughs

Troubleshoot and resolve software problems, including user access and component configuration, Support Technical Solutions group in creation of functional and technical specification for acting as the link between the Product team and the Software Development team, Analyze business models including user business needs, Outline goals of proprietary system and create flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs, Meet regularly with external and internal clients and build relationships with each, Produce project feasibility reports and action plans, Identify options for possible solutions and evaluate them for both technical and business suitability, Create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems, Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
