Most failures in life are directly connected to habits and mindsets developed pre-adolescence. These mindsets, habits and ideals become rooted deep in us and form what I call "strongholds" in our lives that follow us well into adulthood and typically set a ceiling for our successes. These strongholds influence our self-esteem, decision making and lenses of perception. Walking In Freedom was developed to help us identify these strongholds, uproot them and ultimately free us from their influence. After serving the Oasis Church in Nashville for 16 years (ending as the Executive Pastor), we merged with Citipointe Church in March of 2019 and I was assigned the role of Pastoral Director of Citipointe Nashville.

Solavei was a cell phone carrier that revolutionized the pricing of affordable cell coverage. I helped start this company in 2012. After our launch, the cell phone industry was forced to lower their price rates across the boards to be more competitive with our nation wide rates and coverage. Sadly, after 3 years and several significant obstacles, the company had to shut down. I'm still proud to have been a part of a company that radically impacted how the "big dogs" had to do business in favor of all their customers (whether you realize it or not, Solavei helped save you money). I wish it had worked out, but I had a good run, learned some valuable lessons, met some great people and grew as a person through the experience.

Conduct complex criminal investigations involving persons and property for a department with over 100 sworn officers. Manage all involved personnel as lead investigator on crime scenes. Manage a heavy violent and property crimes caseload. Investigate cases involving murder, rape, robbery, theft (Personal, Retail and Identity), fraud, assault, domestic violence, hate crimes, sexual harassment, stalking, unattended death, abduction, runaway, missing persons, child sex crimes, child pornography, computer crimes involving persons, and arson. Founder

Provide law enforcement and police services for the school, school grounds and areas adjacent to the school. Investigate allegations of criminal incidents per department policies and procedures. Work to prevent juvenile delinquency through close contact and positive relationships with students. Develop crime prevention, emergency crisis, safety and building security plans for school, faculty, student body and events. Provide training for school personnel in handling crisis situations and safety implementation. Develop lesson plans, implement and instruct daily classes in law, safety and substance abuse related education to support the educational efforts of the faculty. Work with administration and guidance counselors in assisting students and providing referrals to necessary service agencies for conflict resolution.

Worked daily in the Maury County Public School System as an educational in a court ordered program for teens coming out of the system (Juvenile Detention) and placed into a half-way house structured education environment assisting the instructor with educational needs of students. Taught Algebra at the transitional academy for students seeking their GED.
