Every personality test has told me that I am similar to Monica Geller and Princess Tiana; I am hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented.I would like to take this section to explain why I believe 'The Executive' personality resonates with meI have an ESTJ personality type which is labeled the Executive; other tests have also labeled me as an achiever. Extraverted, I am a good communicator and find a lot of value in talking through ideas with other people. I enjoy taking the lead, either individually or in group settings and work well in both. Sensing, this says I focus on facts and details over ideas and concepts. I am great at finding the details and following trails of information in order to understand the components first before the grand idea.Thinking, I make decisions based on logic and reason. There are multiple solutions to every problem and I will judge each option to find the most reasonable plan.Judging, this means I value plans and organization over spontaneity. I maintain a balance in life and know where to implement flexibility but prioritize organization in order to work most efficiently.
