The core of what I do for my store is control the P&L. I am an administrative lead, maintaining paperwork and personnel files for my peers. I am responsible for reconciling variances in our daily deposits, educating/motivating/coaching my team on how to prevent bad debt, ordering supplies for my store, maintaining proper communication with my leadership team on areas of opportunity, and providing a world-class onboarding experience for new team members.

My job was to open the store in the morning, take our daily deposits to the bank, complete inventory counts, process our daily shipments, complete weekly ad sets, resolve customer escalations, drive warranty/pre order/subscription sales, assess candidates during interviews, and give our customers the best shopping experience possible.
