I currently work in a high performing Fullers Pub and have done for the last (almost) 7 years. In that time I have further developed my cellar, managerial and customer service skills, as well as kitchen training and providing help with sister pubs and internal/external Fuller’s Events.

I have probably done a total of 24 months, working on and off as a CDP in my current pubs kitchen. I would later in 2018 take a “Cross Training” course to officially have the 2nd of 3 jobs roles I posses within the company. In September 2021 I was even trusted to train our Chef Apprentice.

I became a full time member of FOH/Bar staff after 2ish years of being a KA. In that time I discovered my passion for customer service and hospitality. I would later pick up supervisory/managerial responsibilities, though this was never acknowledged officially.

My first part-time job at 16, I worked predominately in the kitchen 16-18 hours a week. I mainly, made lunch time menu food and prepped/served Sunday Carvery. I learnt many basic Chef skills, which I would later utilise in my current job.
