• Mentor a diverse caseload of 450+ Accounting & Business Management Major students in professional development, internship, & career searches• Connect students to relevant alumni, corporate sponsors, and local businesses depending on each individual student’s career and networking needs• Supervise the externship program which connects 90+ students every semester to 50+ hosts to help create experiential learning opportunities• Coach and develop students professionally through one-on one resume and cover letter critiques, mock interviews, job-search assistance, LinkedIn development and best practices• Organize large-scale events for 200+ students which involved alumni and faculty speakers to help further industry knowledge and networking opportunities for students• Instruct a sophomore-level career development class for 40+ students with weekly lectures and activities on professional development topics including resume and cover letter development as well as interviewing
