I work as the Business Director of Electrical Design at Granlund. In addition to my background in electrical design, I represent Granlund's entire technical building services design and consulting expertise to my clients. Years of experience with various types of facilities, such as logistics, production, office, education, and accommodation buildings, have given me broad insight and skills. I excel in the early stages of projects, where we collaborate with clients to generate ideas and set clear goals for project success.I am passionate about solving the challenges presented by my clients, and my mission is to drive the construction industry towards greater transparency and accountability, while also raising the level of ambition in projects. One of my key strengths is the ability to communicate complex technical matters in a way that is easy to understand.Change can only be achieved by working together. I am also happy to engage in discussions about workplace well-being and company culture. I strive to foster and create a positive atmosphere within my own organization and in projects. The goal is for everyone to operate using their strengths and be their authentic selves.
