• Coordinating with sales team and client for order confirmation, new booking, price terms, documents requirement and payment collection.• Dealing with freight forwarder and liner for cargo booking. • Evaluation of Pro-forma invoice/payment request and letter of credit with supplier.• Maintaining daily reports of incoming/outgoing shipment and summary of pending shipment status with delivery details.• Checking all import documents and confirming to suppliers. • Coordinating and negotiating with freight forwarders & transporters.• Handling export L/C and preparing all documents. • Good command in B/L, applying Switch B/L as per client requirement for cross trade. • Prepare purchase order and confirm inquiry to factory to proceed the shipment, follow up with arrival date and cargo loading details. • Making weekly stock list and forward to client and sales team for new order.• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, department of Foreign Affairs and different Embassy for documents legalization process. • Dealing with insurance company for import export shipments.• Handling Letter of Credit and negotiating with Bank.

• Working closely with both Business Area Manager and Product Managers. • Getting information from the mill necessary specific to their production requirements• After discussion with the Manager making accurate, rapid cost calculations and sending quotations to the customers • Negotiating terms and conditions of sales and purchase agreements, specifications, prices, delivery, following up for feedback and sending clarifications• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails• Reviewing own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets • Coordinating shipments from mills to the ports and making shipping documents. • Responsible for preparing following documents for customers: Shipment statement from mills, port statements, packing list, mates receipts and bill of lading• Complete handing of orders including: entering order in the system, release order to the mill, monitoring production and shipment and preparing final documents.• Visiting potential customers to introduce products and gain new markets along with manager• Assisting accounts in collecting money from the customers owed to company • Supporting Trade Finance in coordination with Russian Banks

• Coordinating enquiries with the customers and the mill• Monitoring production and shipment from mill• Verification of customers Letter of Credit under UCP 600 • Manage maintenance of transaction records, documents and create archival system for easy retrieval: inquiry tracker report, signed contracts report, delivery from mill reports, shipment from ports reports• Coordination between Production, Internal Logistic and Ports• One point contact between Freight Forwarders and Mill Logistic for vessel acceptance, Mates Receipt and B/L drafts, daily arrivals and loading updates
