As a Technology Risk Specialist at NMB PLC, I have been applying my extensive knowledge and skills in IT service management, IT risk management and assurance, IT infrastructure and information security for over 16 years. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology Management (Bsc. ICTM) and multiple professional certifications, including CISM, CEH, ITIL, PCI-ISA, and CPISI.My mission is to protect the IT assets and data of NMB PLC, one of the largest commercial banks in Tanzania, and to mitigate the risks and threats that may compromise their integrity, availability, and confidentiality. I work with a team of IT professionals to ensure compliance with the regulatory and industry standards, to implement best practices and policies, and to conduct audits and assessments. I also have a passion for technology and innovation, and I enjoy exploring various technical domains, such as Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Systems Architectures & Development, Change Management, Business Continuity Management and Hosting services.
