Responsible for strategic planning and execution for corporate-wide Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsible for all Corporate Sales and Marketing functions including strategy and mentoring of the sales team.

Oversaw sales operations, estimating, customer collaboration engineering, and prototype for the MEC Tube Division. Full P&L responsibility for the prototype division to include budgeting, forecasting, margin improvement, and operational requirements. Coached and mentored sales team to increase business development and organic growth through successful account management. Responsible for contract and commercial negotiations.

Responsible for all sales management and business responsibilities for the Central US region to include training of distributors, cost management, product development, program implementation, product quality, sales planning/forecasting, and business development. Manage large targeted OEM accounts nationally and internationally ensuring large programs are completed successfully. Coordinate sales, design, and manufacturing efforts utilizing a cross functional team comprised of representatives from engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and sales.

OEM sales of fabricated (die cut and waterjet) NVH composites, custom molded polyurethane acoustic panels, molded rubber floor systems. Restructured and trained national distributor network for aftermarket floor systems. Led business development pushes and created new channels through effective networking at trade shows.

Team leader for a vehicle search team and quick reactionary force (QRF) during overseas operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
