• Report to OHS Manager• Establish annual report to Dirjen Minerba Kementerian ESDM related “ Pengelolaan Lingkungan Kerja Pertambangan (Industrial Hygiene) & Pengelolaan Kesehatan Kerja Pertambangan (Occupational Health)• Development & Planning of Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene program• Providing advice and assistance to all level in Berau Coal in relation with Occupational Health legislation and standard• Provision of specialist technical occupational health advice and assistance in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene• Development Fatigue Management System & Coordinating research for Roster design, Working time & Rest Time• Development Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene System at Berau Coal such as Industrial Hygiene, Health Risk Assessment, Occupational Health Performance Reporting, Fatigue Management, Food Safety, Nutrition Management, Ergonomic Control• Collaboration with Company doctors to development system for Occupational Disease Management, Fit To Work, Medical Check Up, Malaria Prevention Program. Drugs Abuse• Coordinating Industrial Hygiene Program & Monitoring (Canteen hygiene, industrial hygiene sampling and monitoring hazard such as: Noise dose, Noise mapping, WBV, HAV, Heat stress, UV, IAQ, Coal dust, PNOS/Inhalable, Crystalline, asbestos, benzene, Welding fume, Luminence )• Development knowledge with delivering training to employee & contractor such as: Identification Occupational Disease, Fatigue Management etc• Coordinating Health Risk Assessment (HRA) of Occupational Health in Berau Coal Operation• Collecting, Analyze and Identification Occupational Disease of Occupational Health Report from PT Berau Coal & All Contractors • Monthly & Quarterly Occupational Health Report to PT Berau Coal Management , Kementerian ESDM• Coordinating Occupational Health Committee meeting PT BC & All Contractors

• Weekly & Monthly HSE Report to Management• An overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development• Providing advice and assistance to all levels of Pearl Project in Gag Nickel project in relation to the requirements of relevant levels of Indonesian HSEC legislation and BHP Billiton requirements.• Provision of specialist technical safety and health advice and assistance in the areas such as Occupational Hygiene, Hazardous Materials, Dangerous Goods • Conduct investigations into serious incidents and preparation comprehensive of reports.• Coordinate analysis of incident data in operations area.• Facilitate ICAM Incident Investigations.• Conduct internal training for field crew.• Coordinate all HSE inspection in the field operation.• Monitoring Field Leadership program (Layered Audit, Take Time Talks, Plan Task Observation) in the field operation.• Monitoring HSEC Observation card in the field operation.• Ensure all contractors in the sites comply with BHP Billiton standards and requirements.• Ensure new employee, contractors & visitors receive HSE induction.
