Developed modelling parameters for surfaces and polymers to be used in computationally examining their interaction with immobilized DNA using AMBER10. This research was conducted in collaboration with Dr. Ross Walker and Dr. Mark Williamson at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, University of California at San Diego.
