Currently leading technical / operations team at Scorpio Electric -Singapore's pioneering electric motorcycle / vehicle company since 2019 / 2020. The work encompasses implementing best practices in workflow and quality standards in source to sink product development process. Implemented standard waterfall-based product lifecycle management / project management method APQP for vehicle development, as well as Agile based method for software / backend development. Implemented Product Lifecycle Management system around Siemens Teamcenter, and Enterprise Resource Planning system based on Odoo and Microsoft BC.I have past experiences in first-hand product development in other sectors too like in Aerospace and Electronics through my years as Scientist / Research Engineer / Technical Consultant the Agency of Science Technology & Research (A*STAR) Singapore. Worked on investigation, product development, pilot production and workforce training with some notable clients include Molex and SIA Engineering Company.
