I am responsible for managing all operations, including recruiting, and payroll, and ensuring that deadlines and KPIs are met. I aim to create a culture that promotes development through training, leadership, and internal growth. I am currently serving as the interim district director while the direct report is away, and have additional responsibilities to oversee the business of 5 stores while maintaining their metrics. I utilize networking events to improve store metrics and have contributed to expanding the market by adding one store.

I was responsible for strategically managing the sales culture within a retail environment in order to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning. I ensured a high level of customer experience within the brand’s core values and service standards.
