I'm Tause (rhymes with pause) and I help leaders create responsible businesses with many winners because I believe that every business can bring benefit beyond profit. My clients tell me I’m great at inspiring them and their boards, galvanising their teams and enabling their businesses to become more responsible and sustainable. So that’s mostly where I focus my work. I’m here to inspire leaders to lean into their purpose and vision and bring their people along with them, to create thriving, enduring organisations. In 2019, fuelled by a desire to create tangible impact in my own community, I founded Love Haslemere Hate Waste, a small charity with big ambitions to make waste free living the norm, including the Repair Cafe, Library of Things and the Community Fridge.
