Process Engineer with 14 years of enriched hands on experience in FEED and Detailed Design Engineering. Preparation of Process Datasheet for Rotary/Static Equipments & Instrument Datasheets. Tank Sizing with Breather and Emergency Vent valves (based on API-2000). Water & Wastewater Treatment systems (including De-mineralized & Reverse Osmosis Systems) for Power Plant. Water balance for Power Plant. Design & Rating of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers (single phase).Process Optimization studies. Debottlenecking and Expansion based projects.Project Engineer: Working experience as Project engineer for proposal / enquiry. ITB Documents, tender bulletin review, document register preparation, manpower deployment plan, project planning register, inter-discipline coordination.Hands on experience on JGC Project Engineering Practices (JPEP), BP Design Engineering practices, GASCO Design General Specifications, Borouge General Specifications, ADNOC Onshore / Offshore standard practices. Working Command on Codes / standards; API 520, API 521, API 526, API 2000, API 14E.
