Infrastructure Monitoring Technologies used: - OMD (Nagios + Check_MK) - Zabbix (Distributed Monitoring, using Zabbix Proxy)- Design and implementation of a monitoring solution on a private infrastructure that offers monitoring services to a handful of costumers, each with their own requirements.- DevOps scripting (Powershell, bash, PHP, Phyton, SQL): creation of an automatic process to deploy the monitoring agent and its configuration and enforcement policies to prevent errors on the configuration itself; check if the monitored hosts are deployed in the correct instance; troubleshoot hosts that are not monitored; data collection and processing;- Implementation of new monitoring technologies to cover solution gaps.- Adapt the solution to the business area with custom thresholds and plugins/scripts. (Ex: if one service crashes in a farm of 3 services, then the business is being impacted).- Implementation of dashboards to help support teams view their infrastructure and services.- Technical project documentation and delegation tasks to the operating team (Ex: maintain hosts, maintain users, procedures to start and stop the monitoring solution).- Integrated views between every monitoring appliance in order to achieve a Master Monitoring Appliance which allows the company to monitor every costumer through a single instance.- Gathering information from all the monitoring appliances, from costumers spread all around the globe, into a single Master Appliance to obtain a centralized vision of the given service.

- 2nd Technical Line which supports 1st the technical support line, stores and service sellers.- HFC Network monitoring through Cacti reporting directly to Surveillance dept.- Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) troubleshooting (Audio, SIP accounts, Call failure)- Router and network equipments technical support to configurations and instalation.- General troubleshooting to internet (Email configuration / VPN connections/ Wifi and Ethernet configuration) and telephony services with DOCSIS 1.1/3.0 technology and STB (Set-top-Boxes).
