Establishes internal SOPs outlining program operations, procedures, and services to be provided. As the Transition subject matter authority, routinely reports on program initiatives, long-range goals, and program successes to installation leaders. Conducts internal systematic program evaluations to ensure established processes meet the need of the program and formulates recommendations for changes to current programs. Bears responsibility on behalf of the installation for quality assurance of workshops/seminars and the curriculum. Devises SFL-TAP marketing and promotional strategies to ensure an effective marketing and public relations program at the installation. -
