-Portfolio Manager for Wilson Daniels National wineries and Spanish wineries for mid-size regional distributor. Responsible for all aspects of 80+ winery partners and approximately $4.5M in sales for Oregon and Washington-Grew portfolio by overall volume and dollar sales by building quarterly and annual plans for pricing, promotional periods, luxury offerings, team incentives, supplier visits, new brand launches, sales meeting education, and events-Forecasted and maintained inventories for two states through domestic and direct import ordering, managing all aspects from item creation and pricing, through shipping logistics in concert with Operations Team -Coached, inspired, and motivated sales team by setting, tracking, and communicating goals, one-on-one planning, brand education, creative flash incentives, and timely and relevant communication -Developed and maintained winery supplier relationships through mid-year and annual business reviews and effectively communicating their priorities to the team -Partnered with key accounts for high touch sales, holiday programming, pre-sells, and offers on allocated wines in both the On and Off Premise -Member of the leadership team for the company with regular budget and planning meetings utilizing Power BI and Business Central for reporting
