I am happy to share that I am shifting within Rex Software from Customer Care Specialist to QA Engineer! As a QA Engineer at Rex Software, I focus on ensuring the highest quality standards for our products through meticulous testing and analysis. My role involves designing and executing test plans identifying and resolving defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience. Transitioning from Customer Care Specialist, I bring a deep understanding of user needs and a commitment to delivering seamless, reliable software solutions!

In this role, I will be assisting client's with requests for help and guidance. This may involve helping them get the best out of our products, helping them work through any issues they might be experiencing, or even advising them on the best practices in their industry. I am involved in creating walk-through videos, live customer chats and ongoing written content to help clients learn the ropes. Beyond this, I use my existing skills and experience to improve processes!

I have completed experience a full-time Commercial and Residential Sale, Marketing and partial Accounting Administrator.I started this role through a Work-Integrated-Learning unit with this company, where I gained sales and management experience, along with general property experience.

I began this role as a delivery driver, however, my interest in the management of the business developed my skills to allow me to oversee many processes within the business.
