Facilities Assistant
Current- Perform office moves of employees around the firm.
- Clean out vacant offices, set up office supplies, and install name plates for new employees or visitors.
- Check around facility and utilize building management ticketing system to convey request for building repairs.
- Repair minor issues with office door handles and furniture.
- Set up different conference room styles and breakdown equipment for meetings and events.
- Inventory supply room and place supply orders as needed.
