Funding Circle is a peer-to-peer lending marketplace that allows investors to lend money directly to small and medium-sized businesses. Funding Circle was the first website to use the process of peer-to-peer lending for business funding in the UK, and now operates in the UK, US, Germany and the Netherlands.

Had the distinction of joining Creditkarma as the first Sr.IT Engineer to build IT corporate infrastructure around availability, security, and scalability. Promoted to System’s Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams (IT Operations/Suport/AV) to scale with organization growth from 100-1000 employees.•Designed and implemented IT security infrastructure and framework around identity and access management; utilizing a mixture of (on-prem and cloud) data centers solution to support multi-regional sites.•Developed and optimized processes to streamline IT in all aspects of business operations from scratch (disaster recovery, change management, onboarding/offboarding, infrastructure SOP, security due diligence, and self service).•Successfully led effort in building call center to support Credit Karma’s Tax feature in a short project lifecyle of 4 months.
