I am a passionate language student who firmly believes that foreign language learning contributes to a more inclusive community in which everyone is seen and heard.Born and raised in a country where nonconformity to cultural norms is undesirable, I have found my passion for learning and teaching foreign languages, as it provides me the opportunity to appreciate the worldviews of others while sharing my own.As a language ambassador for multiple organisations and winner of the prestigious Lynda Harding and Marika Gillespie prizes, I am happy to have been able to inspire learners to celebrate and respect differences in all individuals by learning to speak their mother tongue.
