Maintained the Administrative offices, assist the Administrator, Accountant,Director of Resident Relations, Social Services and Reception Desk with daily, monthly task including, marketing, rental collections, answer phones, meal program, bank deposits, leasing, appointments scheduling tours, customer service with residents and potential applicants. Lease renewals, recertifications, credit/criminal reports, verification for rental and lease renewals. On call for property and resident emergencies, ordered supplies, assisted with Senior activities as needed. Implemented new recertification and marketing procedures.

Position involved:Duties: Achieving and maintaining 98-100% occupancy including resident selection , weekly and monthly reports, credit reports, verification of applicants and recerttifications for lease renewals. Supervise 5 employees, assist with hiring and training of new employees, time reporting, conduct individual performance plans for employees, annual budget planning, accounts payable and receivables, rent collections, warrants, monitor the property, acquire bids from vendors and designate work for vendor repairs. Earned quarterly property bonuses, semi –annual property unit inspections including for HUD/AHA reviews and REAC inspections. On call 24/7.
