As a former Laboratory Technician at NGODA BREWERIES, I applied my biotechnology degree and my skills in industrial microbiology and mycology to support the research and development of new and improved beer products. I worked with a team of scientists and engineers to conduct experiments, analyze data, and ensure quality control. I also contributed to the innovation and optimization of the brewing process and the use of renewable resources. Prior to joining NGODA BREWERIES, I gained hands-on experience as an oyster farmer, growing and harvesting Pleurotus ostreatus, a type of edible mushroom. I learned how to cultivate, monitor, and maintain the oyster beds, as well as how to process and market the mushrooms. I am passionate about applying biosciences and biotechnology to solve real-world problems and create sustainable solutions. I value teamwork, creativity, and learning, and I seek to continuously improve my knowledge and skills in this field.
