As Tech Lead I Worked closely with the CTO to ensure the smooth functioning of technical operations. I monitored and evaluated my teams' progress progress, assisting with training and recruitment, setting technology goals. I also created a framework of technical standards and procedures for our product development teams which led to the Snake Nation Platform, Our Websites and Client Projects.I also helped build the core Snake Nation platform stack, assisting the team from designing user interactions on websites, developing server APIs, and integrating different databases and coding for mobile the Android and iOS platforms. Our technology stack also includes a digital wallet with, initially an ERC-20 token on the Etherium blockchain to now an asset listed on the Stellar DEX.

I was also the IT technician for the local branch, managed the the branches WiFi networks as well as troubleshooted their Cent OS based database system.
