In charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales and Marketing for the Company. Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. Member of the Company’s Senior Executive Staff. Analise sales statistics to determine business growth potential. Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis. Oversees all hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in Sales and Marketing. Develops, or participates with the Senior Staff, in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company. Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company. Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company. Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.

Based at the head office, then assigned to handle the 6th of October branch as an integral member in the sales team , working on selling all their real estate projects such as : Palm Hills October, Palm Hills Katameya, Palm Hills North coast ( Hacienda's), etc,...

Working as a freelancer broker, worked on their main mega projects such as: Allegria, Katameya Plaza, and their upcoming projects Solidare.

Running all marketing and executive tasks, over-viewing the market and making approaches according to the market needs, so as to select the right marketing and sales strategies, which gave me the ability to select the right suitable products for the Egyptian market, from the wide variety of products offered by the company.Reviewing the market and the competition, in order to make the right pricing decisions, to different levels of direct and indirect clients and distributors.

Ensuring presentations are completed, ensuring that all follow up processes and activities are accomplished according to TAM Oilfield standards, mentoring and managing team members to successfully close business, actively monitoring ,creating, and sending all reports regarding team members, assisting in HR activities as needed in regards to team members with strict adherence to the HR personnel policies and enforcing these for team members, training new team members according to TAM Oilfield requirements, helping team members organize time management, active communication with the Manager of Sales and cross functional group

Reviewing all clients, making and following up the sales transactions, following up on warehouses in local and free zone areas
