Early in my career, I worked for large multinational corporations focused on strategy, new product development, and M&A but over time I transitioned to the start-up world being an entrepreneur and then doing turnarounds at the C-Suite level for public and non-public companies. I've also taught entrepreneurship, innovation, and corporate strategy at top-tier universities like Vanderbilt. Clients enjoy my ability to bring academic theory and real-world experience together in a creative, solutional manner.My main focus these days is serving as a coach, advisor, and investor where I work with a diverse group of clients ranging from founders of start-ups and small businesses to senior leaders at large multinational corporations. I also fill gaps in leadership on a fractional basis and invest in opportunities that have a pathway to profitability.
