As a homeopathic practitioner, I practiced a gentle approach to wellness which supported clients in restoring their health and well-being for both chronic and acute issues. I met clients where they were - incorporating homeopathic remedies, diet and lifestyle changes + energy balancing techniques, when indicated and as needed - individualized to each person. Executive management of regional strategy, talent and operations centered in equity and impact. RESULTS: 10+% increase in Great Place to Work Credibility and Fairness. 33% increase in staff satisfaction for all-staff engagements and meetings. Decreased staff voluntary attrition from 33% in 2016 to 0% in 2017. With the leadership team (LT) developed initial racial identify development programming by contracting with external trainers. Innovated the design and execution of a teacher certification program with the State Department of Education. Created a 2 year continuum experience of development for all teachers. Responsible for satisfaction and effectiveness results for 400+ teachers Pre-K through 12th grade. Hired, coached and managed 7 team members and 20 part time staff mentors. RESULTS: Successfully launched the first in-house teacher certification program within the organization. Significant growth of SpEd programming and Real-Time Coaching initiatives in the region.

Cohorts of 36-39 1st and 2nd year teachers. RESULTS: exceeded all team goals in both 2008 and 2012 for significant academic gains for students. Over 90% of teachers stayed in the classroom, were hired for staff positions with Teach For America or went on to a highly selective graduate program or Fellowship. (Harvard, Fullbright).
