As a homeopathic practitioner, I practiced a gentle approach to wellness which supported clients in restoring their health and well-being for both chronic and acute issues. I met clients where they were - incorporating homeopathic remedies, diet and lifestyle changes + energy balancing techniques, when indicated and as needed - individualized to each person. I am a practitioner committed to constant improvement, action and self-awareness in service of being a culturally responsive & empathetic practitioner, coach and educator.

Innovated the design and execution of a teacher certification program with the State Department of Education. Created a 2 year continuum experience of development for all teachers. Responsible for satisfaction and effectiveness results for 400+ teachers Pre-K through 12th grade. Hired, coached and managed 7 team members and 20 part time staff mentors. RESULTS: Successfully launched the first in-house teacher certification program within the organization. Significant growth of SpEd programming and Real-Time Coaching initiatives in the region.

Adaptive leadership and instructional coaching of English Language Arts, Secondary Science and Social studies teachers across 5 districts during the 2007-08 and 2011-12 school years. Cohorts of 36-39 1st and 2nd year teachers. RESULTS: exceeded all team goals in both 2008 and 2012 for significant academic gains for students. Over 90% of teachers stayed in the classroom, were hired for staff positions with Teach For America or went on to a highly selective graduate program or Fellowship. (Harvard, Fullbright).

Developed strategic virtual and in-person learning experiences across 50 regional team Alumni Affairs staff members: weekly conference calls, on-boarding, ongoing support and development and quarterly on-site conferences. RESULTS: Created first time On-Boarding curriculum for the team. Created first-time E-Learning platform virtual learning experiences. 25% increase in staff satisfaction for On-Boarding training.

2011 School Director - Managed a Middle School site team of 8 instructional coaches and 52 novice teachers for 5 weeks. (mini principalship)2007 Instructional Coach - ("Corps Member Advisor")- coached a cohortof 13 novice teachers for 5 weeks.2007, 2008, 2009 - Designed secondary social studies assessments, unit plans and materials for grades 6-12 summer school curriculum.

Led the design and execution of teacher professional development curriculum over a 2 year continuum for 250+ teachers. Planned and managed monthly large scale professional development events and curriculum, hired and trained 26 skilled facilitators for Pre-K through 12th grade all subjects. RESULTS: 40% increase in participant satisfaction in the first year. 80% satisfaction of skilled facilitators in their professional development and experience.
