Develop, implement and evaluate best practice systems, processes and standards for all workflow procedures including service, production, and delivery. Using reports, internal meetings, client interviews/feedback, and most importantly - direct observation and involvement, be intimately familiar with the details of the Company's operations, and meticulous in your push to make them as effective and efficient as possible. Effectively and proactively track and manage the short, medium and long-term production capacity of the Company, ensuring that PPM is at all times capable of profitably performing the projected amount of baseline operational workflow, in addition to any shifts or spikes in workload, whether temporary or permanent. Develop and execute a long-term organizational strategy for the Company's Production Department, including an Org Chart which defines all positions and reporting relationships, a Hiring Plan, and the overall relationship between the Company's Account Managers, Project Teams and Production Support staff, in all geographic areas where PPM operates. Oversee the execution of the Company's Employee Development systems within the Production Department, ensuring that ALL staff and key contractors are receiving the consistent and effective guidance and support needed to continue to improve. Have a deep and broad understanding of the Company's financial model. Assist in the development of revenue and cost projections, budgets, and other financial indicators and documents. Review financial statements regularly, look for trends, and develop strategies to improve financial results. Work with the President to develop a long-term vision for the Company's Operational Capacity, Quality, and Organization. Develop key benchmarks and metrics to track the progress of the Production Department towards its long-term goals.

To retain long-term, quality clients and optimize profitability for the company through the effective account management of Production projects. Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner. Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project. Ensure that PPM’s CAD Department is at all times capable of profitably performing all necessary operations demanded of it by PPM’s Marketing, Lead Generation and Lead Conversion efforts. Develop, implement and evaluate systems and standards for all tactical CAD procedures including production, scheduling, and client fulfillment. Develop, implement and evaluate employee development systems for the CAD Department including management, recruiting, hiring and training, and employee satisfaction, with the goal of maintaining a motivated, disciplined and high-performing staff. Develop, implement and evaluate department and individual tracking and compensation systems which reward productivity and results. Develop, implement and evaluate project management and flexible training systems which improve the CAD Department’s ability to profitably produce large scale projects and new business ventures. Manage and coach staff using Employee Development Meetings to ensure employee’s opportunity to voice personal goals and concerns, to support professional growth, and remain knowledgeable of productivity level and expectations. Help develop and achieve desired results and key metrics of the CAD Department, which are updated regularly.

Perform field measuring and other onsite services, on an individual or team basis, according to company Standards and Systems. Provide additional site information, such as photographs, according to company and department Standards and Systems. Utilize and maintain field equipment and tools in accordance with company policies and standard practices.Assist with scheduling, estimating, and general field consultation whenever the need arises.Represent PPM in the field with clients to discuss projects, our services and other general inquiries.
