Develop, implement and evaluate best practice systems, processes and standards for all workflow procedures including service, production, and delivery. Oversee the execution of the Company's Employee Development systems within the Production Department, ensuring that ALL staff and key contractors are receiving the consistent and effective guidance and support needed to continue to improve. Have a deep and broad understanding of the Company's financial model. Assist in the development of revenue and cost projections, budgets, and other financial indicators and documents. Review financial statements regularly, look for trends, and develop strategies to improve financial results. Work with the President to develop a long-term vision for the Company's Operational Capacity, Quality, and Organization. Develop, implement and evaluate employee development systems for the CAD Department including management, recruiting, hiring and training, and employee satisfaction, with the goal of maintaining a motivated, disciplined and high-performing staff.
