Delivered philanthropic advisory that is customized and tailored to the strategy of two different foundations managed by North-East Family Office. My portfolio included education, employment, inclusiveness, healthcare, human rights, environment, arts and culture causes in Thailand, Denmark and Singapore. Beyond grants management, the most engaging part of my experience, is to deploy expertise capital and tools, build bridges and network, explore unconventional approaches to philanthropy, and work closely with our social sector partners to catalyze progress under my portfolio.

IATA is a leader in the airline industry and a leading organisation in its HR practices. I serve in an HR generalist role, being directly involved in recruitment and selection, payroll, learning and development, and employee engagement for over 200 employees across 13 offices in the Asia-Pacific region, while also working closely with the Global HR team. In addition, I actively manage the Intranet and Cornerstone systems, and liaise frequently with local government agencies, particularly the Ministry of Manpower, regarding HR-related matters. Versatile in all HR skills, my stronger suit and passion is in learning and development, and employee engagement.

Served food at on-campus dining services and met high efficiency levels especially by reducing bottleneck on college football home-game days.Selected to work on the grill due to display of high reliability and commitment level, good feedback from customers and excellent evaluations from colleagues and managers.Developed strong bonds among a diverse community of colleagues of different nationalities (Americans, Chinese National, Malaysians) and people with disabilities.

Driven to improve the welfare of children in out-of-home care, I was involved in projects that help to increase resources available to these youths. Developed and designed a guide to assist the youths in their transition leaving out-of-home care. Engaged with internal and external key stakeholders to consolidate resources and strengthen partnership within the social sector.

Aligned with my passion in people development, performed the advisory role to facilitate and guide consultants’ personal development together with teams' project leaders. Developed policies and materials for better and smoother project cycles. Also had the honor to make key decisions and represent the Chapter in project engagement process from team formation, project matching, scoping, project checkpoints and project closure.

Led a Marketing Project with a team of 4 Associate Consultants and 2 Project Advisors and managed key relations with a local non-profit partner. Conducted nation-wide primary research and extensive secondary research to understand local digital media consumption pattern. Achieved exemplary recognition and customer satisfaction upon project completion, with continued partnership for future projects. Developed and inspired 1 Associate Consultant to take up Executive Committee Leadership and 2 Associate Consultants to take up Project Leadership.

Impactful experience in supervising, teaching, and sparking interest in learning among primary school students during off-school hour. Driven by passion in children development, engaged in voluntary assistance in implementing strategies (i.e. reward systems) to cope with challenging behaviors and to impart values (i.e. teamwork, self-discipline, responsibility).

Fulfilling engagement with internal and external key stakeholders to compile database for national level survey and conduct system testing for new software system prototype. Basic understanding of how organization's internal software worked, coordination and liaising skills picked up, was later maximized and adapted to other situations.
