Provide guidance and support to both employees and managers in resolving conflicts and maintaining positive working relationships. Additionally, I ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to promote a fair and inclusive work environment. Im able to design and implement performance management systems that align with the company's goals. This includes setting clear performance expectations, conducting regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching, and identifying development opportunities for employees. Im able to identify training needs within the organization and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. I also facilitate workshops or seminars on various topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training. Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to compensation, benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee leave management. I review existing HR policies and procedures, recommend improvements or updates, and develop new policies as needed. This includes ensuring compliance with employment laws, industry standards, and ethical practices. I foster a positive work culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee surveys.
